Extensions & Rerbishment Projects

For over five decades we have been undertaking extensions, alterations, refurbishment and Listed Building Restoration projects. Although a big proportion of our work is New Homes and Barns we still like to keep in touch with our roots by undertaking 1 to 2 extension/refurb projects every year. If you have a project of this type Groves Builders Ltd are in a unique position to assist unlike most of our competitors only take on this type of work. Our competitors typically take on more than of this type of project at a time this can make coordinating multiple projects very challenging indeed with resources being dragged from one project to another fire fighting to try keep customers happy. We do not suffer the same problem as we typically have one or two larger projects running at the same time which pool labour from as required without the larger job suffering any noticeable detriment. Also we tend have a wider knowledge base and experience to deal with unforeseen problems that can occurs (Yes we all have problems occur its how effectively they are dealt with that counts).
